I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. Despite our room not being available until 7 pm due to another guest staying longer, the upgrade to a superior category on a 'non-smoking' floor was appreciated. The service, especially from the concierge Sheehan, was helpful. However, discovering someone's old socks left under the bed during packing was not pleasant.

I had everything I needed in the rooms, including a washing machine, and the parking was convenient. Being close to good restaurants and shops just 10 yards away was a big plus for me.
